World has changed due to digital media. There are now pros & cons of it.
Good things it’s easy to communicate and easy to share information, communicate and be in public media. We are empowered ourselves for broadcasting news, views etc. without needing to wait or relying on any news medias like before. Digital medias have great benefit for quick sharing information, podcast, do telework and at the same time there are risks and disadvantages such as cyber data breaches and many more.
Even in most advanced country like USA cyber data breached in many places including recent 40 Millions T-Mobile users data hacked. I myself got hacked in the name of credit card Paypal. Every 5th American somehow get cheated by scammers / hackers. It’s billions of dollars business of scanners & hackers .We need to stop and put them behind the bars. We are getting closer to stop them as counter technologies are invented and easily available these days. These technologies can easily track middle levels & low levels hackers & cyber bullying, who are hiding behind the screens. Recently some security experts track scammers IDSN/IP addresses and exposed them live both audio, video conversations. So emerging technologies keeping scammers away already. It’s in progress and we desperately need to stop all of them internationally.
There are different level of hackers.
Advance Level Hackers/ Cyber Criminals :
Advanced well equipped knowledge hackers are hard to track, but not exempted as everyday more tools are developing getting there to track them.
Middle Level Hackers/ Cyber Abusers :
This level hackers/cyber abusers are lot easier to track them down and commercially tools are already there and soon each one of them will be tracked down .
Low Level hackers / Cyber cowards :
These level hackers / cyber cowards will be now piece of cake to track down and they may soon be behind the bars as stated above, if you follow methodology, which I am going to put forward today !
Methodology to catch medium and low level hackers & cyber bullying personnels:
Advanced levels hackers still hard to catch. It has to be well planned and need to know more security programs and establish decoy and fake access. Then knowing let them hack and will be followed and tracking them in decoy system etc.
It is just one strategy and there are many more other strategies.
But it’s really easy these days to track medium and low level hackers / cyber bullying to track them.
We already have programs Apss in market to track their IDNS and IP addresses and no way they can hide such as in Facebook or YouTube, Instagram or Twitter etc.
Even they use their defense, which is widely known among medium and low level hackers such as VPN. It is not secured. They first have to buy those or download that will be already registered with the vendor secondly even advanced one they frequently goes off showing real IDSN and IP address.
So my suggestions to them better stop bullying otherwise soon they will be in big troubles.
As per cyber laws in Nepal as soon as I will pass IP address to contact below it’s already risk of penalty of Rs 2 lakhs and 3 years in prison or both for cyber crime/bullying etc.
It’s under section 1 of cyber laws of Nepal.
1.Section 48: Piracy, Destruction, and Alteration of the Computer source code is a big offense. The punishment for a crime under this act can be up to 3 years of conviction or a maximum penalty of Rs 2,00,000 or both. Cyber criminals, bullying fall under this section.

There are similar laws in many countries. So I am warning those , who is involving in evil use of cyber technologies either faces serious consequences or stop. Better be in right track ! Thanks to new emerging technologies, We already know that it won’t let them hide any more.
