काठमाडौं – नेकपा (एकीकृत समाजवादी) का सांसद तथा पूर्वमन्त्री प्रेमबहादुर आलेले संसदमा आफूले अश्लील भाषा प्रयोग नगरेको दाबी गर्नुभएको छ।

मंगलबार प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठकमा बोल्दै सांसद आलेले सोमबारको बैठकमा दिएको अभिव्यक्तिलाई अश्लील भनिएको समाचारप्रति आपत्ति जनाउनुभयो। उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “अश्लील बोलेको भनेर प्रकाशित समाचारप्रति मेरो गम्भीर ध्यानाकर्षण भएको छ। पार्टीको दबाब झेल्न नसक्दा त्यो मुन्छेलाई डीजी बनाउनुपर्‍यो भनेर बोलेको हुँ। मैले अश्लील बोलेको छैन।”

उहाँले आफूले बोलेका विषयहरूलाई ध्यानपूर्वक सुनेर मात्र समाचार सम्प्रेषण गरिदिन सञ्चारकर्मीलाई आग्रह गर्नुभयो। पोखरा र भैरहवा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थल निर्माणमा भएको भनिएको भ्रष्टाचारको विरोध गर्दा आफूलाई लक्षित गरेर आरोप लगाइएको समेत उहाँले बताउनुभयो।

Kathmandu, April 28 – Prem Bahadur Ale, Member of Parliament and former minister from CPN (Unified Socialist), has clarified that he did not use any obscene language during his speech in Parliament.

Speaking during Tuesday’s meeting of the House of Representatives, Ale objected to media reports that labeled his remarks as vulgar. “I take serious note of the reports claiming I used obscene words. What I said was—‘That person had to be made DG because he couldn’t handle party pressure.’ I did not use any obscene language,” Ale stated.

He urged journalists to carefully listen to and interpret what is actually said before publishing news. Ale further claimed that he is being targeted for speaking out against alleged corruption in the construction of Pokhara and Bhairahawa international airports.
