काठमाडौं — बैंकिङ कसूरसम्बन्धी मुद्दामा फरार रहिएकी नेहा अधिकारी पक्राउ परेकी छन्।

काठमाडौं उपत्यका अपराध अनुसन्धान कार्यालय, टेकुले जारी गरेको प्रेस विज्ञप्तिअनुसार वादी नेपाल सरकार र प्रतिवादी नेहा अधिकारी भएको मुद्दामा सम्मानित काठमाडौं जिल्ला अदालत र ललितपुर जिल्ला अदालतबाट पक्राउ अनुमति प्राप्त भई उनी फरार रहेको अवस्थामा फेला परेकी हुन्।

नेहा अधिकारीलाई जिल्ला ललितपुर, महालक्ष्मी नगरपालिका–५ बाट पक्राउ गरी थप अनुसन्धान र कारवाहीका लागि जिल्ला प्रहरी परिसर, जावलाखेल, ललितपुरमा पठाइएको छ।

अधिकारीमाथि विभिन्न बैंकिङ कसूरसम्बन्धी मुद्दामा ३० लाख रुपैयाँ बिगो कायम भएको छ। उक्त बिगो जिल्ला प्रहरी परिसर जावलाखेल, हरि वृत्त बानेश्वर र हरि वृत्त दरबारमार्गमा दर्ता रहेको छ।

उनलाई २०८२ साल वैशाख १४ गते पक्राउ गरिएको हो। यस सम्बन्धमा थप अनुसन्धान भइरहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ।

Banking Fraud Fugitive Neha Adhikari Arrested

Kathmandu — Neha Adhikari, who had been absconding in connection with a banking fraud case, has been arrested.

According to a press release issued by the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, the government of Nepal had filed a case against Adhikari, and arrest warrants had been issued by the Kathmandu District Court and Lalitpur District Court. Acting on those warrants, police successfully apprehended her.

Adhikari was arrested from Mahalaxmi Municipality Ward No. 5 in Lalitpur district and has been sent to the District Police Office, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur for further investigation and necessary legal proceedings.

She is accused in several banking fraud cases, with a total claim amount of NPR 3,000,000 (thirty lakh rupees). These cases are registered at the District Police Office Jawalakhel, as well as Police Circles Baneshwor and Durbar Marg.

Neha Adhikari was arrested on 14th Baisakh, 2082 B.S.  Further investigation into the matter is underway, police said.
