काठमाडौं । नेपालका चर्चित इमानदार राष्ट्रसेवक तथा नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणका निवर्तमान कार्यकारी निर्देशक कुलमान घिसिङसँग गायिका सुस्मिता स्याङतान र उनको टिमबीच विशेष भेटवार्ता सम्पन्न भएको छ। शुक्रबार घिसिङकै विशेष निमन्त्रणामा स्याङतान र उनको टिम घिसिङको निवासमा पुगेका थिए।
गायिका स्याङतानले केही समयअघि कुलमान घिसिङप्रति श्रद्धा व्यक्त गर्दै ‘कुलमानलाई फालेर’ शीर्षकको देशभक्तिपूर्ण गीत आफ्नै युट्युब च्यानलमार्फत सार्वजनिक गरेकी थिइन्। उक्त गीत छोटो समयमा युट्युब र सामाजिक सञ्जालमा अत्यधिक चर्चामा आएको थियो।
भेटका क्रममा कुलमान घिसिङले गीतप्रति गहिरो सराहना गर्दै स्याङतानलाई धन्यवाद दिए। उनले भने, “देशको सकारात्मक सोच र सेवामा आधारित यस्ता सिर्जनाले राष्ट्रसेवकहरूलाई अझ ऊर्जा र प्रेरणा दिन्छ।” उनले स्याङतानलाई भविष्यमा अझ उत्कृष्ट सिर्जना गर्न शुभकामना पनि व्यक्त गरे।
त्यस अवसरमा स्याङतानले प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा ‘कुलमानलाई फालेर’ गीत सुनाइन्, जसले घिसिङलाई भावुक बनायो। स्याङतानले पनि घिसिङबाट सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया पाएपछि आफू अत्यन्तै गौरवान्वित भएको बताइन्।
भेटमा स्याङतानले गीत सिर्जनाको प्रेरणाका बारेमा चर्चा गर्दै भनिन्, “जब मैले घिसिङ सरले चेपाङ बस्तीमा विद्युत् बाल्नुभएको तस्वीर देखेँ, म अत्यन्तै भावुक भएँ र उहाँको सम्मानमा गीत बनाउने निधो गरेँ।” सो प्रसङ्ग सुनाउँदा उपस्थित सबै जना भावुक बनेका थिए।
भेटमा गायिका स्याङतानसँगै लेडी र्यापर मन्जली तामाङ, उज्यालो नेटवर्कका इशारा लामा, विवेक लोप्चन, सिर्जना तामाङ, मंगले तामाङ, मिना तामाङ र कुनसाङ दोर्जे लोप्चन सहभागी थिए।
गायिका सुस्मिता स्याङतानको ‘कुलमानलाई फालेर’ गीतमा शब्द, संगीत र सिर्जना विवेक लोप्चनको रहेको छ भने संगीत संयोजन कुनसाङ दोर्जे लोप्चनले गरेका छन्। भिडिओ निर्देशन विशाल सापकोटा र सम्पादन त्रिलोक लामाले गरेका छन्। गीतले छोटो समयमा नै व्यापक लोकप्रियता कमाउन सफल भएको छ।

Singer Susmita Syangtang and Her Team Meet Kulman Ghising
Kathmandu – Nepal’s renowned and honest public servant, and former Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, held a special meeting with singer Susmita Syangtang and her team on Friday. The meeting took place at Ghising’s residence at his special invitation.
Recently, singer Syangtang had paid tribute to Kulman Ghising by releasing a patriotic song titled “Kulmanlai Faler” (After Removing Kulman) on her YouTube channel. The song quickly gained popularity across YouTube and social media platforms.
During the meeting, Kulman Ghising expressed deep appreciation for the song and thanked Syangtang. He said, “Creative works based on positive thoughts and national service provide further energy and inspiration to public servants like us.” He also extended his best wishes to Syangtang for her future artistic endeavors.
On the occasion, Syangtang performed the song “Kulmanlai Faler” live, which made Ghising emotional. Syangtang also shared that receiving such positive feedback from Ghising was one of the proudest moments of her life.
Speaking about her inspiration for creating the song, Syangtang recalled, “When I saw a photo of Kulman Sir turning on electricity at a Chepang village home in Makwanpur’s Raksirang Rural Municipality–9, I was so moved that I cried. That moment inspired me to create a song in his honor.” The emotional atmosphere left all eight team members present tearful.
Along with singer Syangtang, the meeting included emerging ‘Lady Rapper’ Manjali Tamang, Ujyalo Network’s Multimedia Head Ishara Lama, News Chief Vivek Lopchan, artists Srijana Tamang, Mangale Tamang, Mina Tamang, and arranger-singer Kunsang Dorje Lopchan.
The song “Kulmanlai Faler” features lyrics, music, and creation by Vivek Lopchan, musical arrangement by Kunsang Dorje Lopchan, and supporting vocals by Arjun Neupane. The music video was directed and filmed by Bishal Sapkota and edited and color-graded by Trilok Lama. The song has gained significant recognition in a short period, reinforcing Susmita Syangtang’s rising musical career.
