A meeting of top leaders of five-party alliance regarding seat allocation for the upcoming election of House of Representatives and Province Assembly is underway at Baluwatar. It is believed that the meeting would give final shape to the proposal regarding seat allocation provided by the five-party alliance taskforce, said Secretary of the Taskforce Secretariat, Keshav Raj Joshi.
The five-party alliance taskforce had prepared the proposal regarding seat allocation doing necessary homework, said Himlal Puri, a taskforce member from the Rastriya Janamaorcha. Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President, Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Chairperson of CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, Janata Samajbadi Party Chair, Upendra Yadav, and Vice-Chair of Rastriya Janamorcha, Durga Poudel, among others are present in the meeting.
