Kathmandu, June 15- The Supreme Court Bar Association has finalized the members of the Amicus Curiae to help with the case relating to dissolution of the House of Representatives sub judice in the Supreme Court. Senior advocates Komal Prakash Ghimire and Prakash Bahadur KC have been named as members of the Amicus Curiae that will give its opinion on the case to the apex court.

An executive meeting of the Supreme Court Bar held under the chairmanship of its Chair Purna Man Shakya today took a decision to that regard, according to the Bar member Bikash Bhattarai.The Supreme Court Constitutional Bench that is currently hearing the case had sought two members each from the Nepal Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association as the Amicus Curiae. Regular hearing on the case is scheduled to resume from coming June 23. (RSS)
