As the number of corona virus infection is on the decrease, the country on Saturday reported a total of 836 new cases from 6,654 sample tests. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the number of active cases is 26,102 in the country.During the past 24 hours, altogether 1,826 infected ones got recovered from the virus. So far, 934,648 people enjoyed recoveries from the corona virus infection.

Likewise, four COVID-19 patients succumbed to the virus in the past 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 11,882.The Ministry said the number of districts having more than 500 active cases of corona virus reached 13, while 12 other districts have more than 200 cases each.

Likewise, Manang is the only district without a single case of corona virus infection.Currently, 200 patients are being treated in ICU beds and 34 others in ventilator support.In the past 24 hours, 288,837 people received jabs against COVID-19.
