Kathmandu, Sept 19- The country recorded a total of 734 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours. The news cases were recorded after the tests conducted among 10013 persons including 7304 RT-PCR tests and 2,709 antigen tests.Likewise, 1,413 persons got recovery from the virus in the same period, reaching the total recovery 749,213. The recovery rate stands at 95.5 per cent in the country.
As per latest update, 22,864 infected ones are in home isolation and 1,449 in institutional isolation. Moreover, 390 are receiving treatment at ICU and 117 in ventilator support. Total number of fatalities caused by the COVID-19 has reached 11,040 with 12 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Ministry shared. The Ministry further said 21,360 persons were vaccinated in the last 24 hours. (RSS):
