We see particularly in 3rd world countries desire for thriving economy & robust effective infrastructure but in vain. It’s not secret we all see regardless what they do still they can not improve in GDP / Per capital income and many more. Question is why so?
Here are few line items that will give you clear pictures :
1. Most of the above mentioned government system is copied from other developing or developed countries without in-depth analysis.
2. If you just look at any of these country as I mentioned above
Planning will take place at one place then looking for budget from another department and by the time budget will be approved and when it’s time for implementations you will see the real scenario as below :
a) It has already lost the huge amount of time
b) More people & departments involve particularly on the above mentioned countries more bureaucratic nature will takes place as well as more corruptions / commissions take place.
3) Infrastructures base on such a way decision makers are not the elite experts or planners but it will start from the political figures by upstream cabinets chief first then downstream cabinet members that will loose the whole sense of adequate effective & feasible project.
4. There are many example in such countries due to lack of clean robust effective decentralized infrastructures you will see although country has resources capabilities countries will be doing wrong and going in wrong directions . The main reason behind decision makers interest come first and countries interest second.
5. Above mentioned points will bring imbalance in national imports/ exports as well as regression instead progress of the entire nations. Poverties in 3rd world countries are the result of those factors. Those mentioned factors destroying & will destroy the ethics, fairness and reasonable right policies in those countries.
It will also paralyze elite think-tanks and technically whole infrastructure.
Conclusion:
As long as above mentioned countries won’t revolt against nepotism, corruptions, discriminations creating new entire robust scientific infrastructures decentralizing both in financial & in policy making sectors using most talented skills people of nation being fair reasonable & honest it will be pointless to dream for the development of nation.
It’s time to understand these three questions for the above countries .
Where they stand ?
What actually they want how they can reach there?
Are they into fair & reasonable actins to achieve that?
If not they will remain the same begging as is following conventional approach of past. It is time to have great infrastructure with self running clean mechanism.
