A well-equipped 15-bed hospital is being constructed in Dodhara Chadani Municipality of Kanchanpur.
Mayor Kishor Kumar Limbu shared the hospital construction has been expedited in a way to complete the structure by coming June.
“Though there was some obstruction in course of the construction, now it has taken pace”, he said, adding, “A two-storey building with lift facility is being constructed”.
With the construction of the hospital, local folks would access hospital services in a convenient way, he noted. A contract was awarded to the KS JV and Washuling Mitra JV to complete the construction at the cost of Rs 185 million.
Municipality’s Health Section Chief Jaya Bahadur Mahara shared the 15-bed hospital was being constructed as per the federal government’s programme.
