Kathmandu, June 26 – A total of 2,016 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in the past 24 hours in the country. According to Health Ministry, these cases were identified while testing PCR on 9,810 individuals. With this, total infected number has reached 632,326 in the country. The Ministry further shared that there is 19.1 per cent infection rate of the virus in Nepal.

Similarly, 4,914 infected patients have recovered today, reaching total recovery 581,327 in the country. The recovery rate is 91.9 percent.According to the Ministry, 30 infected patients died in the past 24 hours across the country. The Ministry confirmed that total deaths caused by COVID-19 have reached 8,975 till June 26 in the country. It was shared that 734 infected patients have been undergoing treatment with the support of ICU while 222 in ventilators. (RSS)
