Deputy General Secretary of the CPN (UML), Prithvi Subba Gurung, has said CPN (UML) leadership was necessary for building prosperous nation. Saying development of the country from alliance leadership was not possible, he mentioned that leadership for development was possible only from UML.
At a programme organised by the CPN (UML) Tanahu-Kathmandu Liaison Forum here today, the Deputy General Secretary reminded that building a prosperous Nepal is UML’s wish. However, the UML should win the election scheduled for November 20 to fulfill the wish, he stressed.
Similarly, CPN (UML) Gandaki Province secretariat member and lawmaker Kedar Sigdel argued that the CPN (UML) should move ahead by maintaining unity within party.
Central Committee member of the party and National Assembly member Bhagawati Neupane, Gandaki Province Assembly member Ram Bahadur Gurung, Chairperson of Tanahu-Kathmandu Liaison Forum, Buddhi Mishra, also expressed their views on the occasion.
