Social transformation is ensured through socialism, for which, the communist parties must be united, he viewed.
“It is a chimera to say that socialism will be established by forging alliance with non-communist parties,” he said, adding that hold on State authority is equally important to reach the goal. Pande directed the party leaders and cadres to review the past weaknesses and move ahead in a unified manner.
