Kathmandu, June 7 – The CPN (Moist Centre) has sent health supplies through in-charge of all seven provinces for the prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19. At a programme organized at the party headquarters, Parisdanda, Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ handed over the health supplies to province in-charge of the party. The CPN (Maoist Centre) had received 100,000 packets of N95 masks, 20 oxygen generators, 3,000 antigen kits, 100 thermal guns, 1,000 oximeters, oxygen cylinders and 700 PPE sets from different sources.
The health supplies were received from party’s migrant coordination committee. Health supplies including 8,200 surgical masks and 400 PPE gowns received from health department and organisations of the party were also dispatched.
On the occasion, Chair Dahal on the behalf of the party thanked China, party’s migrant coordination committee and donors for their support. Drawing the serious attention of the bodies concerned to pay attention to the general public health during this difficult hour of COVID-19 pandemic, Dahal wished all coronavirus infected people for their recovery.
