COVID-19 declines, 68 new cases in 24 hours

The coronavirus infection has decreased on Sunday as well. The Ministry of Health and Population recorded that 68 persons were found infected with coronavirus in the test of 4,929 persons in the last 24 hours.In the same period, 583 persons got recovery while two persons lost lives to the contagion.

The total fatalities have reached 11,947 in the country. Currently, there are 6,461 active cases of coronavirus. Similarly, 108 infected persons are staying in quarantines. The Ministry further informed that 88,566 persons received anti-COVID vaccines on Sunday alone. Since the launch of vaccination campaign, more than 37.7 million doses of vaccines have been administered in Nepal while more than 17.8 million people received the full doses.
