A word of Professor Mark Von Wodtke worth to remember, who told me once in California “Why not you use Kungchido for healing too”?

I am focusing Kungchido on Selfdefense , Physical fitness as primary goal. On and off, I taught disabled kids too but rarely it happens . Mostly my students & instructors are focusing on as stated above .

However, I do not want to rule out that Dr Matt ( Kungchido instructor) learnt strong breathing techniques Bodhilu series and then used healing for his patients successfully in certain cases . It’s our first implementation in healing.

As Kungchido on line classes started. Dr Manmohan becomes our regular student along with his spouse and many others from Nepal, India, Ukraine, USA Plus.

Dr Manmohan wants to use strong breathing technic of Kungchido Bodhilu 1 for healing. He is learning inside out of It with all our students.

Dr Manmohan is trying to overcome disability using Bodhilu-1 as one of his strong tool :

We put him in advanced level of breathing tech , Bodhilu-1 is his main focus. To make it more clear generations of internal energy and then regulate it , we did teach in micro levels electrolytic process within cells and then transferring accumulated flux of energy via mind and regulating it as required for healing process as well as pain management process.

Such attempt requires higher level of knowledge both in macro cosmic levels and micro cells, bio-current, neurons to DNA level.

Today , I am proud to tell Dr. Manmohan Shrestha got chance to have one on one physical class with me including his spouse Sangita and we spent nearly an hour going in-depth philosophy , practice and training together. Class went pretty good and I saw greater degree of confidence with them after one on one class .

On the behalf of kungchido students , instructors, let us wish Dr Manmohan a quick recovery and great success in Bodhilu1 implementation.

Today, we are proud of our students & instructors, who implemebted Bodhilu series in healing too not limiting to kungchido martial arts.

Tips for healing – a brief description of Bodhilu-1 :

1. Breath in hold as long as you could then exhale
2. Now do 5 fold breathings do inhale 5 times within a second gap fill more oxygen in lungs hold then in the same manner exhale 5 times pause a second in each exhale. In last exhale extend fully breathing out.
3. As above 2 steps generates “Qi” chi energy ( Flux of energy) then regulate it by mind where requires using mind synchronizing with exhale for the power or precise healing purposes.
